Complete BB2 Unit – Electronic Controlled Units
This unit is Suitable for larger maintenance or installation jobs, yet can be carried by one person. The BB2 unit is programmable via the control panel of the unit to allow for pin brazing under various conditions and with various materials. There is no pin fuse wire is required since the BB2 pin brazing process is electronic.
Battery capacity of this unit is approximately 50 brazes when using the smallest type of brazing pin. Brazing capacity can be increased by a battery charger mounted in a vehicle, and the batteries being charged during transportation between workplaces or job sites. When alternating between charging and brazing, it is possible to increase the capacity by up to 5 times during a working day.
If 100 brazes per charge is required the BAC BB3 Pin Brazing Power & Control Unit should be used.
